I keep seeing so many horror stories about the menstrual cycle in perimenopause and how even being on HRT doesn’t help. I’m currently in peri and started HRT in March, hoping to get some relief. But all I see is women still going through hell even after starting HRT. Has ANYONE experienced a change for the better (with your cycle) after starting HRT????
