Is 75k AED realistic for a 1BHK on Al Reem in 2026? + Building Recs
Hey everyone! I’m looking to move to Al Reem Island soon and I’m trying to get a reality check on the current market.
Is it realistic to find a decent 1BHK for around 75,000 AED (yearly) in June? I’ve seen some listings at this price point, but I'm worried they might be "bait" or have hidden issues.
A few specific questions:
Agents vs. Walking In: Is it better to stick with agents, or is "walking in" to building management offices still a thing on Al Reem? Who usually gets the better deals?
Dishwashers: I’m specifically looking for buildings that come with a dishwasher (or at least the provision/plumbing for one). Any recommendations?
Current Vibes: Are there specific clusters where 75k is more achievable without sacrificing too much quality?
Appreciate any honest opinions or "don't live here" warnings! Thanks!
