I walk everyday and get about 5k+ steps a day, gym twice a week lifting heavy, tracking calories and eating in a calorie deficit
I have noticed since I increased my protein intake in January, I stay full waaaay longer. I used to be thinking about food constantly and always needing a snack but increasing protein has been such a game changer for me. Anyone else feel that ?
