[26/M] Looking for science penpal
I’m a PhD student (3rd year) working on birds’ social behaviour. I’m really interested in animal behaviour, ecology and evolution more generally. I really enjoy what I do, which is also kind of my hobby. In my free time, I do birdwatching, read (mostly non-fiction, I’m really into virus transmission and real science stories, Quammen and Preston are among my favourites). I also cook, garden and ride my bike.
I’d love to write about science, discoveries, interesting papers/books. My ideal penpal would be someone interested in science, maybe a fellow PhD student, with whom to share our observations, ideas and dreams. I’m also happy to just chat about our own lives!
I'm keen to start chatting here, ideally moving to snail mail once we get to know each other better. I'm based in Australia at the moment, and I'm keen for both national and international penpals.
