Every single time my credit card expires I never receive a replacement. How can I get this fixed
My card expires at the end of the month and I once again have yet to receive a replacement. This is the fourth time in a row this has happened now.
It usually takes about 5-7 times of calling and having them say they’ll send another replacement before someone finally escalates it to a manager and has one actually sent to me. I’ve never been able to get a manager to tell me what the exact issue is, my address has always been correct every time and my address hasn’t changed at all during all four times this has happened.
Anyone have any idea on why this keeps happening every time it expires or any tips on how to get it escalated to a manager faster?
I have no debt and pay off my card immediately after every transaction I make if that’s important?
