I had made good progress but after that I relapsed today not once but twice and also I don't want to count the days but I count it subconsciously how do I stop that

Guys I didn't fap today I am trying to quit this addiction for a long time and today I was able to beat it and I just need some words of encouragement to keep going

I repent after everytime I do it. But It happens almost everyday around 9am-1pm and sometimes even after I meet some of my friends in school the temptation hits
