A small heads up. We now have the functionality to merge our databases.

The plan is the following:

1. Start DR Leaderboards for Brood until next Thursday.
2. Receive payouts for Leaderboards next Thursday.
3. Next Friday, May 15th, take down both servers.
4. Merge 2hiti database into Tahiti Prime.

I will try to minimize the downtime for the merged server which will be Tahiti Prime.

I am also aiming to update our backend web server from Apache to Nginx at the same time, which will increase the downtime.

Things to note:

• Friend lists and ignore lists from 2hiti will be emptied.
• Player names in 2hiti will change if and only if there is a similar player name in 1hiti. the 2hiti account will be renamed to PlayerName#2 or something similar. I was informed that the previous is not true. ALL players from 2Hiti will have #2 in their names.
• Guild Names from 2hiti will follow similar rename schemes. See above.
• There will be some small code changes related to login. Specifically you will now need to use the proper mhtahiti email, for the few that didn’t do that. otherwise you will receive “invalid username/password”.
• For any account porting over from 2hiti the goal is to keep your launch parameter the same, so you don’t have to change things again. It’s doable, I will be researching how to do that during the next week.
• Bifrost will receive an update to the previous configuration with only 1 server, once we merge.
• Account Portal will stay locked to the first server until after the merge.
