A game for portable consoles [probably PSP, might be different] around mid-late 2000s

JRPG with techno-fantasy styling [IT WAS NOT FF]

Interface and overall graphics style was similar to Valhalla knights 1&2, it was not anime/chibi/childish

Combat was turn-based, camera is 3rd person, it had a party assembly mechanics and each character was levelled up separately

One notable character was a mechanic girl in orange clothes who wielded a boomerang

Picrel is kinda the logo (the dragon is a placeholder for a dragon head😭😭😭)
