Is this oral lichen planus? Do I need to worry?

I noticed it in this week. I am a smoker. 32 years old male. It is not hurt. The texture is smooth. No bleed. When I smoke, I got burning sensation in wisdom tooth extraction gum area.Sometime itchy.

What is this Sirs? I want to know what is this mark?. When I touch it, the texture is smooth and soft. I used to smoke. The skin is translucent. When I smoked and eat spicy food , I got burning sensation in that side .
