Hi all! I recently started ivermectin, I have only used it about 6 times so far. I’m just wondering if it is okay to use other skincare products with it?

Obviously I’m using my moisturizer
But prior to starting ivermectin I was using a azelic acid otc serum, and once a week the Paula’s choice BHA liquid exfoliant.

I guess my question is… is it unnecessary to use the azelic acid with the ivermectin? Or do any of you recommend other skin care products that are safe to use w ivermectin.

Orrr should I just keep it simple with my daily moisturizer and ivermectin cream. I just want to have soft glowing skin lol

My derm suggested ivermectin for my rosacea. yesterday was my third day trying it and after applying I noticed some bumps arising from my cheeks. (Hard to see but I tried to take pic of bumps)I did read this could be the “purging” faze. Should I continue to use?? Also can anyone tell me what type of rosacea I have from looking at my cheek. My derm has not been super helpful. I have also tried rhofade it did not seem to help much. Thanks!
