Hi friends!

Over the last 3 years I have finally accepted the fact that I am suspecting autism. This started from finding a book at my family home 'how to tell if your child is autistic' ://. I have started realising how much I am impacted by my autism in my daily life and it's absolutely exhausting at times. Anyway, I have been struggling a bit recently with some major life changes (for the better!!) and it has led me to feel overwhelmed a lot of the time leading to minor meltdowns. I usually rock back and forth or have my headphones on to deal with these times but I need more ways to cope in overwhelming times. Do you guys have any answers? I mainly need them to be socially acceptable as rocking back and forth and swaying is a bit too much for people :((.

Appreciate this community and love seeing everyone's posts!

EDIT: Just using the right terminology
