Hey hey! I have over 200 classes and I usually will pair Solidcore with a 30 mins treadmill walking session after. On the other days of the week, I strength train at the gym. I feel like I’m seeing super slow progress and I eat pretty clean (whole foods, no sugar) and I feel like I should be seeing wayyyy more progress. For those of you who do Solidcore and the gym how is it? Do you go to the gym first then go to Solidcore and are you also doing cardio? Just wanna get a feel for how others are doing it and if you like it or not! I have the 10 pack btw so I’m usually going 2/3 times a week btw
