I tried to pay my car insurance, and they froze my account. Called customer service, no one knows what is going on, they asked me to send them a photo with me holding up my ID and I did... still nothing.

The customer service is horrible. Anyone had this happen? What is the best next step?

What is everyone doing? I paid off my car and like having no monthly payment.

It is coming up to the 4 year mark in 3 months and I have 40,000 miles on it.

One option is to trade it in, and I was thinking of like an X5e, there is a used X5e that will cost me around 35,000$ to switch, its a 2026 with 8,000 miles on it.

Another option is to just do an extended warranty and keep it for 2-3 more years.

I shopped around, the best price I got for extended warranty is 4700$ for 5 years/60,000 and 250 deductable.

What would you guys do?

My car had one issue with a sensor that needed to be replaced. It did seem like a lot of work, it was a sensor that helps w/ high voltage distribution, otherwise I had no issues, but it did take them about 15 hours of work to replace, plus parts, not sure what the cost would be as they did not tell me.

Anyone switch from X5 to i4 or the other way around? I know they are totally different cars. The only reason I want an SUV is I have younger kids and it would be nice, but to be honest, I mostly drive my car to work and back and my wife has an XC90 so its not really a necessity.
