I got pulled over in Collin County Texas I am currently on pre trial & a condition to my bond is to have a handheld device I’ve been having going on 2 months now I had my court arrangement April 24th

THE OFFER WAS 15 MONTHS STRAIGHT PROBATION

I am currently working with a public defender next court date is may 28th will I be able to get deferred? Will they drop it to a class B deferred?
