Best way to redo this valve/box situation?

I want to do 2 things here, move the entire box further away from the driveway which is just off the bottom of the pic, and 2 replace the missing shut off valve that got broken because it was installed way to close to the driveway.

At the bottom, above the pipe (in pic) there is a white cap. This is my main water supply for my sprinkler system. It needs to be cut off and a valve installed, NBD.

Couple questions here, should I replace the backflow preventer valve while I'm in here doing work? No idea how old it is, but also had no idea how expensive they were.

Second Q, should the blow out valve/hose fitting at the top left be inline before the BPV or after it? Original installation here is after the BPV but that could and likely would leave water in the BPV and remaning pipe after the shut off valve that used to be there.

I want to widen the driveway so I intend on moving the main shut off valve into the upper area of the pic somewhere that makes sense.

Thanks for your help!

The real TSS of a MTB ride/race is higher than what shows up at the pedals. I've had plenty of XC rides where my highest HR for the ride was on a descent with little to no power on the pedals.

How are you calculating the true stress of a MTB session? Is there a way to get a better estimate in Strava/Intervals.icu/etc. other than just the KJ load?
