Frigidaire 4 Door Refrigerator Start Relay and Overload Protector Missing

I bought a secondhand fridge that I thought I could fix (I'm still holding onto hope) but it's been challenging to figure out what's wrong and which parts to order. It came hooked up to a universal start relay (which I think is part of the problem because my model uses a variable speed compressor - according to my research you can't use universal start relay with variable speed).

The problem is that someone had previously removed the start relay and compressor overload, so it's harder to figure out what the problem is. I wanted to order some just to see if that fixes the issue, or run further diagnostic with my multimeter. Most of the OEM overload protector are on backorder, or 100+ dollars without option to return.

I don't want to sink more money than necessary into this fridge, in case it is beyond my scope of repair, but I'm having trouble figuring out what the correct Ohm and Hp the compressor requires. The compressor specifies ~115V-~60Hz (pictures attached), and i believe it would be a 3Pin PTC Starter, but I'm not entirely sure.

Fridge Model: FRQG1721AV

Can anyone tell me if something like this would be ok to try? I wouldn't want to damage anything by plugging in the wrong part: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B8NF9YCV/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A2IL6WCO4GB36Z&psc=1

Help!!! I left a knife in the bed of a recent petsit

Ahhhhh so basically I had a new petsitting client, and they had just moved to this massive new house. One night I heard some noises (and tbh I've been watching too much true crime lately..) so I could only think to grab a knife from the kitchen and sleep with it under my pillow.

Well, the owners came back a day earlier than expected and I was rushing to get my things together. I completely forgot about the knife under my pillow.

I hate the thought of them discovering it and being like wtf. To give some context, the couple seems pretty relaxed but kind of innocent and also anxious about their pets. They custom-make pet food for their pets.

On the other hand, it seems they have a lot of help around the house. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a cleaner to come and take care of the room I was staying in. Is it better to address it or say nothing? I hate calling but should I call them?

I'm not particularly concerned about losing them as a client, but they are a friend of a family friend and another client of mine, so I'm more worried about those relationships.

Here is the text I have drafted:

I received the payment thank you! Also, just an FYI because I remembered something and didn't want you to be concerned - I heard some noises in the house Friday night and got spooked; all I could think to do was put a knife under my pillow (sounds kind of ridiculous saying it out loud now) but I realize that I never brought it back downstairs in the morning. I didn’t want you to find it and be concerned so I just wanted to let you know.
