Theft at the Sylmar shopping center is out of control
Not even a week ago i was sitting in the Starbucks lobby doing some work and a homeless guy came and grabbed 5-6 bags of coffee beans and a french press coffee maker and just walked out. The employees watched the whole thing and did nothing. Today, i was at target and saw a teenage kid walking out of the front doors with a box of twisted teas. The security was nowhere to be found and a group of 4 or 5 employees standing at the front just watched him walk out. Is there no more consequences for theft?
