Best Place For A Ribeye That Won’t Break the Bank?

Looking for substance and value. Can be diner quality as long as they can cook to temp properly. I’m already bracing myself for “good luck” and “in this economy?” replies and I wouldn’t blame you haha

Is westfield topanga mall under new management with so many changes??

On TikTok there is a few people who post videos every day on stores closing and opening at westfield topanga mall. On TikTok there is a video of Tommy bahama empty and magnolia park empty near nordstrom.

Then TikTok has many videos of the topanga social closed up.

Then as everyone knows nieman marcus is closing next month.

Hopefully westfield topanga mall will survive and not die off??

Im honolulu,hi where nieman marcus is closing in May 2026 someone started an online petition to get the company to change their mind. Someone should have done the same tof the topanga nieman marcus store.

Hopefully the old topanga social and nieman marcus store won't stay vacant for the next 10 years??

Empty buildings are ugly!!

Is it impossible to find a part time office job in the valley?

Niece is going back to college late 20s you can never be too late. But this time wants to find office work, told her to get a admin assistant job but most so far just want a full timer. She can probably find better postings in her college job board but why do most jobs require full time, has it always been like this

Hey Valley peeps, had enough yet?

Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) is undergoing a major $2.6 billion-$5.9 billion Expansion and Modernization Project.

We can't get our infrastructure kept up (How your car's alignment and shocks?) yet the LA council is going to "upgrade" the LA Convention Center.

Personally, I'm done with the Valley being treated as the ugly cousin by the entitled idiots over the hill.

How do we get the ball rolling to convince the folks who own the empty parking lot behind the Halloween store on Woodman & Riverside to consider allowing a farmers market Saturdays?

There was an event yesterday and the turnout was alright, logistically speaking there is enough space there on parking lot that always seems empty enough to host id say 50-100 vendor booths

I guess Saturday would make sense since Studio City got a market Sunday mornings

Does anyone know the story or anything about this ADU like community on Alabama and Remmet?

I grew up near there and today it hit me to try to find some history about them. I was on historical ariels and found the oldest picture to be from 1947 and yet they are still there, i didnt think they were that old as by that time the valley wasnt fully developed. So if anyone got any info or history about this it would be pretty cool

also im not sure if this is inappropriate to post as i know people live there and im not sure if its an invasion of privacy. i can delete this right away if its bad, no problem

Balboa Victory Orange Line parking

Does anyone know when parking at the Orange Line station at Balboa and Victory will reopen, or where people are parking in the meantime? I thought this was supposed to be a temporary closure, but the lot has been closed for quite a while and the website only says “closed until further notice.” I also haven’t been able to reach anyone through the listed contact options. For where we live, this effectively means we can’t use the Orange Line anymore.
