everyone,
I'm having trouble getting my AirPods Pro 3 heart rate data to show up in the Strava app.
The Issue:
The heart rate works fine in the Apple Health and Fitness apps, but when I try to record a workout directly in Strava, the "Heart Rate" sensor section just keeps spinning (Loading) and never detects the AirPods.
What I've checked/done so far:
• Permissions: I’ve enabled Bluetooth, Motion & Fitness, and all Health app Read/Write permissions for Strava.
• Fit: I’ve done the Ear Tip Fit Test and everything is secure.
• Settings: Heart Rate tracking is toggled ON in the AirPods settings menu.
Even though all privacy and sync settings seem correct, Strava won't find the AirPods as a sensor. Has anyone managed to get this working directly, or is it better to just record with the native Workouts app and sync to Strava later?
Any advice or workarounds would be appreciated!
