Hi all,

I’m just here to ask if there’s anyone who could give me insight on what’s wrong with my CV. I have used AI to sound more professional but all the other elements of my CV are true.

I would like to know what hiring managers(wealth/relationship management) look for in CVs, and/or the hiring process. And what my CV is lacking. The experience I have is a bit all over the place but I think they tie together well? However I could be wrong as sometimes I feel they don’t correlate well.

I have a weird feeling no one is even reading my CV as it may look too generic or too unimpressive because I am just starting out (graduate). I would like to get into wealth management btw. Also I have an ethnic last name should I remove it?
