Where is the best/cheapest place to get a facial?

Help! My kids are so excited that they found sprouting seeds from their apples. I threw them in a damp paper towel 2 days ago and they seem to be doing good so far. but- now what? I've tried apple seeds in the past and failed. Please help me make this work. I don't wanna break their hearts/fail them as a mother 😅

We are refinancing from an fha loan to a conventional loan after 6 months now that we've sold our inherited house. Putting 150k down on a property worth 311k. We have talked about busting our butts to make the house as valuable as possible for the refi, but is it really worth trying to rush a bunch of upgrades when the loan will only be half of what the property is already worth?

There's no way this is necessary right?

Help me make the argument to my husband 😅
