I had Open Heart surgery a few years ago and I had to set up a payment plan with Capital One that has now been paid in full. Capital One is in violation of FCRA as they are showing a past due amount, a charge off and a delinquency. I've reported this to all 3 bureaus along with proof of payment in full and the agreement with Capital One. None of them will update this correctly. Richard D. Fairbank This company is doing great damage to my credit. I have sent an email to Mr. Fairbank, CEO of Capital One but am unsure if I will receive a reponse. Any suggestions?
