Switched from Semaglutide to Tirzepatide - extreme nausea

My mom was switched from Semaglutide to Tirz this week. She has been on Sema at 2.5 mg for a couple years now. Her doctor switched her to Tirz 7.5 mg. I think that was way too aggressive of a switch. My mom has been extremely nauseous since Monday night. She’s hardly had anything to eat or drink. She’s not had any vomiting or diarrhea, though. I took her to the ER yesterday for some IV fluids and nausea meds. They sent her home with Pepcid and Zofran. She says it’s not really helping at all. Do you have any recommendations for things she can do to make her feel better until the drugs start wearing off? Do you have any idea of when she might start feeling better?
