How to yeast B12 and Folate accurately?
Hi ,
I was diagnosed with anemia last year and I still see no improvements. My doctors just brush it off saying it’s heavy periods.
But I suspect I have a b12 and folate deficiency. When I explain this the doctors tell me it’s anxiety.
I have tingling in leg and face , bleeding gums sometimes also chapped lips.
My breathing gets better and I’m in a better mood when I take folate.
I have heard that b12 tests are not accurate. How can I find out my accurate levels?
Also how much Pottasium do I need if I’m supplementing 1000mcg b12 per day?
