Study from books or video lectures?

As a UPSC 2028 aspirant who is a slow reader with limited study stamina, I am finding it difficult to progress through NCERTs. Given that self-reading is taking a significant amount of time, should I transition to a video-lecture-based learning or should I persist with books to build my reading comprehension? How can I balance these two methods to ensure syllabus coverage without exhausting myself?
