I just opened up Animekai and started a episode and I saw this. Is this some kind of a sick joke!? ... or did it go along with Hianime and the rest in the graveyard of anime sites? Can someone validate this?

I scrolled through the entirety of this community but found no signs of anime.nexus which is a goated anime website. Like why???
