I went on my first ride yesterday, everything felt good but by evening i felt a bit of pain around my right knee area when I sat or got up, I had an accident about 5 years ago where the doctor said i broke a ligament or fractured my knee I don't remember what he really said so i had to use a cast for a month and then a painful recovery, I need to know if i should decrease my cycling time and take it slow for now, also please let me know if these knee supporters are good enough for my right knee, i feel perfectly fine in my left knee.

Edit: the ride was for 24 kms and about 2 hours, I've also added a pic of the stats.

Went on my first ride today, I've already made a post about it but I couldn't add pics there since pics and videos can't be added together.

I am very grateful to u/w4rl0rdd , u/Zilork and u/614981630 , they helped me a lot with bike suggestions and accessories needed.

Accessories I got with the bike are my helmet, rear view mirror, RS 500 grips, chain stay protector, frame bag, multi tool, bottle holder and I also got a pump with a gauge.

It was super fun riding, this is my first gear bike so I had to get used to the system, the only downside being the brakes making a screeching noise for which I've been told can be fixed easily. The seat was hard and it gave me a little pain but it is so nostalgic because the cycle from my childhood was the same way 🤣, overall a great experience except for the brakes.

I bought my RS 120 about 3 weeks ago and finally went on my first ride, I thank all the members of this sub who helped me out, everything is fine except my brakes make a very horrible screeching noise, I've taken a video and it will be added to this post, please let me know how to solve it.
