Well, State Farm confirmed a new contract for all agents is coming for 2028.

Confirmed at convention.

Zero information yet except agents will now be paid “according to how well you help customers with their full range of needs.”

That’s code for agent P&C renewal comp now being tied to investment services and life production.

If you’re a SF agent, I think you better have a plan B. Current leadership has made it clear that they view most agents as a weight holding the company down.
