Hi all! We’re planning roughly $25-30k in florals. I’m very into design and just wondering what the best timing is for a floral preview meeting? Florist is recommending 6 weeks prior, I was hoping for a bit earlier to give time for tweaks and just to make sure overall event design will be cohesive. Understand there could be flower swaps for seasonality but is there any other downside to doing previews 10-12 weeks prior?
