I have zero idea where I should ask this and I don’t know if this is normal or I have a deficiency somewhere, but this is about female orgasming so I’ll start here.

I am 22F, and after I orgasm I feel very faintish and light headed. I’ve heard you do after so but mine just doesn’t feel normal. I’ve had fainting spells as a child due to lack of sodium and iron. I lost my virginity recently and that also made me pass out after. Even when I’m masturbating alone or having sex, it just always feels like that. I’ve pierced my own helix and I felt the same light headed dizziness I feel with this.

This may be a very stupid question and shows my lack of knowledge about sex, but should I be concerned?
