Custom 3D Printed Bluetooth Speaker
Recently, I Cadded and Engineered a Custom 3D Printed Portable Bluetooth Speaker, with a full Budget of 60 Dollars.
I don't have many of the tools at home except for my laptop, which meant I had to 3d print and get all my measurements from my HS, but about 4 prototypes later, I have ended up here.
The building consists of:
The Dayton PC83-4 full-range speaker
An LED Power Switch
A ZK502 Amp
24V Battery
I dealt with some issues due to the 3d printer I used, such as warping, and ridging, which meant I had to sand, causing some aesthetic problems, especially in the back side.
BTW, I am looking for possible internships or something in this field as a freshman in HS, if there are any recommendations of where I could join to possibly help out or put on my Resume, LMK.
Also, I am willing to publish the CAD if enough people are interested. Anyone with questions, feel free to DM.
