I've been lurking here for a while and learning so much from this community. My friend and I are in the early stages of designing a menstrual disc, and honestly, no one knows discs better than the people in this sub.
Before we finalise anything, I'd love your unfiltered thoughts on something we've been thinking about a lot:
- What would make you feel more confident purchasing from a new menstrual disc brand?
- What information from a brand's website/socials actually facilitates your decision to try them?
Things like... Founder story? Material certifications? Real user reviews? Detailed sizing guides? Something else entirely?
Just want to build something this community would actually recommend and trust.
Also: any disc brand whose marketing/website made you instantly trust them? Curious what we should benchmark against.
