Lads, I recently had to do my first tape transplant, after getting a tape in the post, that was badly crushed when it arrived.

Anyway, all went to plan, but I was lucky. Out of all the old tapes I had in a box, I only had one tape held together with screws. Have tons more crap tapes, but all are the sealed type.

My question is, are there certain tape brands, or tapes from a certain era, that are most likely to be held by screws? Im sure im gonna need to do this again in the future.
