Three more irises have opened

In the last 24 hours or so, two more reblooming irises have opened along with several blue dutch irises.

The latest two to open are Califlora Ozark Rebounder & Eggnog.

Califlora Bernice's Legacy

A 2nd bloom opened this morning in that same area as the other one. Pretty sure this is Bernice's legacy.

So here's the old & more established iris patch up in the overgrown back garden. These were divided and transplanted probably around 20 years ago from a family friend that was looking to divide their patches from outside a barn near Hagerstown, MD. I think these would be considered as Noids at least for me as don't even remember which variety of purple bearded iris these actually would be.

And would it be a good idea to divide this massive clump/cluster up in the fall?

My first bloom of a new iris patch.

Hi all,

I'm in Zone 7B near Gaithersburg Maryland in the DC suburbs.

This morning I noticed that the first bloom from the reblooming irises, that were planted in mid winter, in a western facing garden has opened up with 2 more getting close as well, though most of the 60 or so plants are either just starting to send up flower stalks or are still mostly leaves so I'll probably have a decently long staggered bloom season as each one flowers. This one's Califlora Rockstar.
