first time applying for passport. I've already booked and paid for my appointment, received the confirmation email and noticed that the address field on my application form goes something like this, "House No. St., Barangay, City, Province, City, Province."
my question is would that be an issue when it comes to the actual application process? I also noticed that there are certain fields on the form that are cut abruptly (e.g. mobile number without the last digit, mother's maiden middle name cut abruptly) and i swear i skimmed through the fields 5x before proceeding.
it would definitely suck if the 950 i already paid for would be wasted + the wasted time waiting for the appointment to begin with. any insights or advice would be much appreciated!
