Hello everyone, I am and electrical engineer and recently got an offer with an OEM for underground mining equipment . I work in the power industry, specifically in the construction of of power infrastructure i.e substations, transmission lines, solar plants, dams etc and my current employer is contractor known internationally despite having a high turnover rate and low pay. However, I have observed that my experience (3 years) is getting a lot of attention in industry and from government officials and wondering if me venturing into the mining industry with better pay would be a big blow on my resume. Any advice you have to offer?
