Tesla owners which factory builds the better quality Model Y: Fremont or Austin?
Have you noticed any real differences in build quality, panel gaps, paint, rattles, suspension, ride quality, interior fit/finish, or battery performance? Or are they basically the same at this point? Would love honest feedback from actual owners.
Help! I’m seriously on the fence about purchasing a Tesla right now and could really use some advice from those with experience. I’ve been watching tons of videos saying it’s smarter to wait until closer to the end of the quarter (June) because Tesla historically offers better incentives, discounts, financing deals, and inventory reductions around that time. I’m also hearing rumors/speculation about the Model YL potentially coming to the U.S. soon with longer range and more space. Right now I’m seeing estimates around $58k.
This has me completely conflicted.
Part of me wants to go ahead and order now because I’m excited and don’t want to overthink it forever. But the other part of me is worried I’ll purchase now and then June rolls around with lower interest rates, better incentives, or even news about the YL becoming available. For those who have purchased Teslas before: Did you regret not waiting?I feel so torn and would appreciate honest feedback and experiences from current owners.
