I overstayed my visitor visa, claimed asylum while pregnant with my British partner we have a child whos British i applied for flr (fp) partner visa on january 2025 still waiting for decision until now (16month) i received an email from home office asking for further evidence on november 2025 then nothing after i contacted them many times they are stating that my case is complex
Anyone had same experience or knows how long it will take for complex cases

We want to claim uc but in our tenancy agreement the bills are included how uc will sort it out we pay 2600£ including bills the LHA in our area is 1800£ for the 2 bedrooms
