Has anyone had success running Meta Ads Manager for a service-based business on a small budget?

I’m a wedding/event musician testing $10/day to generate inquiries. Not looking to hire anyone right now — just trying to understand the best objective, targeting, and metrics to watch so I don’t waste money.

Any advice from people who’ve done this?
