I heard about the h-plus tapes, and I tried the preparation tape first to try and reach focus 11, I'm sure I was in focus 11, when bob said to go to focus 11 I felt my whole left side of my brain expand but also felt some kinda headache and mild pain in my left ear, the thing now is that for some reason I can't reach that same state again I've been trying everyday for more than 2 weeks but I don't feel the same way like I felt that day, is it supposed to be a one time feeling? Or did my brain get used to it so it doesn't hit the same?
