$2500 treadmills vs commercial quality feel

Hopefully this makes sense but back on the market for another treadmill. Bought a horizon t101 about 5 years ago for my wife to walk/run and now that my 15 year old is using it too, it just seems so unstable when he runs (5’10 175) I actually run a lot…outside probably because I never felt safe running the speed and mileage I normally do on the T101. I remember running on Precor treadmills at the gym and while no frills, they felt rock solid. No bouncy deck, no wobbly frame, speed and incline instantly adjusts. I’d consider running in a treadmill again if I felt safer on it.

I looked up a few used commercial Matrix treadmills and surprisingly, they were reasonable. The problem is they all seem to require a 5-20r outlet which I’d can’t install in patio enclosure/sunroom I have my current exercise equipment. So I’m back to residential treadmills that work with standard outlets. Are there any that come close to rock solid, stable, non wobbly feeling of a commercial treadmill? I was looking at 2, the 3g cardio pro runner or spirit xt385 and maybe the sole s85. Can anyone comment on how these compare or have suggestions for others? Thank you!
