Hi all

I requested an extension of the TN through I-129 before the expiry of my current TN (July 26), and it is currently on hold pending the final decision. Since my Priority Date is C for EB2, after 90 days from the TN request, my company lawyer submitted the I-140 and I-485, so as not to lose the chance of the current visa bulletin. I have two questions, and I really appreciate the thought on them:

1- Since the TN extension was filed prior to the expiry, am I eligible for the automatic 240 days of TN work permit extension, although I filed for I-485?

2- If they see my I-485 and I-140 and reject my TN, which is on pause pending decision, then do I have to stop working at the expiry of my current TN, which is July?
