First time Seat Geek user here. I bought some tickets to an NBA game tonight. I watched a pair of tickets for most of the morning and decided to pull the trigger when the price was low enough for my budget. I went to checkout, applied a promo code, and paid via Apple Pay. I did not get any error from Apple Pay and the transaction appeared to go through successfully. Here's the weird part. Instead of an order confirmation, I got a message saying the tickets had sold out. The same tickets I'd been watching all morning that had zero movement. Shortly after the "purchase," I got a request from Seat Geek to verify my email but I did not ever receive an order confirmation or tickets. The tickets I was looking at are off the site now too. If someone else happened to buy the tickets at the exact same moment, great for them. My worry is that I bought the tickets and due to a glitch did not receive them. I have been waiting on hold for about half an hour and I really do not want to have to initiate a chargeback later on if my card is charged but I never got any tickets. Has this happened to anyone else before?
