Just came up in a discussion. Apparently my school has a policy that first aid kits must be taken to sports and on trips, even when there is not a certified first aid trained staff member on the trip. Is this normal? I'm entirely not 100% confident in my board or the OCT having my back as an untrained, but previously certified St John's instructor, were something to go wrong..
