Hellp forgive me for bad English,im still a noob at pc

Yesterday i tried to install valorant however upon playing it it said that i need to activate secure hoot state, however after i activate it at boot and save it..

my screen however become blank and it stay like that.. after i remove cmos battery for few second my pc. Back to normal however the secure boot still Off
