How strict is the documents screening for MEXT? (documents other than marks)
Hey guys, I am going to be applying for mext scholarship soon (from India), I am currently in 12th and I want to apply now so I can leave for Japan as I graduate if i pass, I got a letter of assurance, a recommendation letter and transcripts from my school. But i realized my school made a few mistakes regarding the letter of recommendation and the letter of assurance (certificate of prospective graduation) to be exact, they did not mention how much I am expected to score in each subject in the letter of assurance, and instead of filling out the recommendation letter format I gave them from the embassy's website, they wrote a recommendation letter in an A4 sheet and stamped it with the school seal.
I don't want to go through the whole process again and ask my school to redo it if it doesn't matter. I want to know if it is necessary that these documents are perfect or if I can submit this without issues.
I should probably make a seperate post to ask this question but I hope you can answer this for me too if there are any scholars: I worked at an American startup as a freelance project manager for a while, and i think this experience is relevant to my studies. Do you think it would be a good idea to mention my experience in the reason for field of study columb in my application form? (I am choosing Business administration as my first choice and I would be mentioning it here) and if it is a good idea, should I expect the interviewers to question me regarding my experience?
Thank you so much for anyone who is spending their valuable time reading this, I will be grateful for any help
