Cost of upgrading - YYZ to Cai
I've booked a flight from Toronto to Cairo in economy for my aging parents. I wanted to upgrade them to business for the flight. Has anyone upgraded a ticket at check in without issues? If so, what was the cost to upgrade?
The plane is a 787. Not sure if that makes a difference.
