Marriage preparation, landlord consent issue (deadline soon)
Hi all, we’re currently going through the marriage preparation and family reunification process and every document is ready and submited except for the landlord consent.The issue is that the property manegement has suddenly become completely unresponsive. We’ve sent multiple emails and tried calling several times without success. What’s strange is that they are usually responsive on other matters but not on this one.
At one point they even asked how long our relationship has existed. The landlord (owner) seemed understanding of the procedure but told us to go through the PM. The immigration offices now gave us a deadline of 30th May 2026 otherwise the application (started in January) may be cancelled which would be a big setback and really stressful. Has anyone been in a similar situation or has advice on how to handle such?
