I get my tretinoin from my dermatologist. But u have to make an appointment to see her and then get the prescription. I’m wondering where others are getting it from

I’m considering breast augmentation. But I’m wondering if it would also help with some minor wrinkles on my cleave area. I’m curious to know if others have experienced this. I think the implant would help as it would stretch the skin a bit. But I’m not sure.
