Muscle Failure Or Just Not Pushing Myself?
Sometimes, I don't know if I'm not pushing myself hard enough or if I'm actually experiencing second stage muscle failure. I try to get as many reps in until the burn gets unbearable and I have to take a break to recollect myself and then try to squeeze a few more reps in.
I guess I'm just noticing that I'm not as sore as I used to get in my first 2-3 classes. I'm still fairly new (not even 10 classes in yet), but I'm just concerned if this is a result of me getting stronger or me not pushing myself hard enough! I feel like I might be overthinking it and confusing myself!
